Kale Chips Yum!!

Hey guys!! I've had lots of requests for my Kale Chips recipe so I've posted it below. What I love about this is you can play around with the ingredients as much as you like! I like to add red pepper flakes with the oil and salt for a little heat. I've also added dill, chives and other spices to flavour it up!!

These are really delicious and a great alternative to potato chips!! Also, for those who are having a hard time finding kale, I can always find it at Superstore in the west end next to the loose lettuce. Please feel free to post more recipes or additions and reviews below! ;) mars

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions
  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Watch the salt though, I find they can get too salty if you're even a little generous. This is also where you add any other spice you like.
  3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
